Seat risers or Seat Jackers are accessories that lift and add height to vehicle seats to provide greater comfort and support. They slide under the legs of a seat to raise it higher off the floor.
Benefits include enhanced posture, reduced lower back pain, improved leg circulation, easier entry/exit of the vehicle, and better line of sight while driving.
Most seat risers add .3 to 1.25 inches of extra height.
Seat Jackers are available for most mainstream truck and car makes and models. Desert Does It offers seat risers specifically designed to fit popular vehicles like the Toyota Tacoma, Jeep Wrangler, Ford F-150, Subaru and more.
Seat Jackers bolt in between the factory seat mounts and the vehicle floor. No drilling or modifications required. Simple hand tools and easy instructions included. Most installations take 10 minutes or less.
When properly installed, our Seat Jackers are completely safe. Seat Jackers have been engineered to meet or exceed the factory bolted connection and include factory grade hardware. Our Seat Jackers have been tested by an indepentant third party lab and have passed applicable test as requried by DOT/NHSTA FMVSS 207 Standards.
Some of our Seat Jackers allow the mounting of a Multi-Mount Panel (MMP) to the front of the block, if this is the case, there will be threaded holes to accommodate the molle panel. Not all Seat Jackers have this option.
I think it’s a great product. I bought the seat jacker and MMP for passenger seat and it works perfect(probably designed for the majority of Tacoma’s who have non power seats and it definitely is more comfortable). The bracket and MMP for the driver 2020+ power seat I’m not happy with (not enough clearance to be very useful, sits lower to the floor). After installing both, I personally believe that the only way to go is both seat jacker and MMP or nothing.
The panel mounts well in the Tacoma. I am disappointed that the slots are too narrow to thread through the snap closures that are on the straps of most molle accessories. It's not the end of the world but I'll either have to wrap the straps all the way around the panel or get polymer or velcro-closed molle straps.

I started to develop some back pain from the original seat position. But once I put in the seat jackers, they gave my back some extra support and lessened the strain within a week. I have a single cab 2008 Tacoma with a bench seat so I had to purchase two sets in order to attach the MMP, and cut a hole in the carpet to install the inner jackers that didn’t latch onto the bench seat.
I have a manual 23' with the electric driver's seat. For me personally, I never saw the point of the seat jackers. When I upgraded my audio system, I stuck a 5 channel amp under the passenger's seat. It ended up being a very tight fit between the seat and the amp. I wanted to keep from messing with the driver's seat or trying to stash the amp elsewhere. I tried the seat jackers and found by installing them my amp now had adequate space. Since then, my wife has mentioned that the seat does feel more comfortable with the seat jackers installed.
I installed in 45 minutes on my Toyota tacoma with blue loc tite, easy and noticeable upgrade and makes the ride for this 6'2" man more tolerable and comfortable, leans the seat back like a lazy boy recliner about 1.25", feels nice for longer rides
As the title says... I love this setup! Helps keeps the essentials organized, and I've added the DDI Fire Extinguisher mount. Totally solid! No rattles! 5 Stars!!
Installation was easy and they supplied torque specs which is nice. Solid mounting for whatever you need to mount.
Really pleased with this accessory. I di not order this at the same time as the seat risers… about a year later… but the design is so well engineered that it literally threaded right in with zero adjustment. The plate is noticeably stiff and provides a very secure base for attachments. I couldn’t be happier. Initially ordered unnecessary pieces but Deric contacted me to let me know what I needed based on previous parts ordered. Saved me a huge headache and wasted time. Really appreciate the customer service. Again - install was super easy due to the very well designed and manufactured parts!

I picked this up to hold a first aid kit in front of my seat which is in a MOLLE pouch. This mount is NOT MOLLE spec so expect to have to use zip ties, Velcro onewrap or another DIY solution. The metal is thicker than expected which is part of what throws it out of spec. This also does not play well with Weathertec floormats as the bottom half of the panel is covered by them so you get to decide whether you're going to cut your floor mats or accept loosing that real estate. I checked the website for accessories before purchasing but didn't find anything that met my needs so I'm not really sure what is supposed to fit on this. The slots are not MLOCK either. That said, it was easy to install and appears significantly overbuilt so it should last a long time. I'll continue to tinker with this mount and hopefully figure out some mounting solutions.

Thanks for making a great product! I was skeptical about the Seat Jackers until I tried someone else's truck and that was enough to get me to buy. Since then I've been very happy with the comfort. The team was amazing to work with!

I added these to my Lexus GX and it was instantly 10x better! There's no way I'd go back. I also added the fire extinguisher on the MMP, so I've got quick and easy access to it if necessary.
Installed the Desert Does It Seat jackers years ago and recently installed the Front Multimount panel and fire extinguisher mount. These folks make quality products. Highly recommend them if you're serious about the additions you make to your rig.
Ordered on line nd both items came very quick. MMP fit perfect in my Tacoma and Fire Extinguisher mount fits perfect also and looks great. Hope I never have to use the Fire Extinguisher but its right in front of my passenger seat if I do!!

Fantastic product that was easy to install. I was able to utilize this on my FJ 60 Landcruiser using the FJ 80 mounts and the longer bolts provided with the multi mount panel. I’m very happy with how it turned out and my truck is infinitely more comfortable
Product came in fairly quickly. Install was a breeze. Once I sat down with the new mod I felt the difference. Great relief and support. I am 6’ @230lbs. And this made it better for me to enjoy longer drives. Highly recommended this to anyone looking for added leg support.
Not for long leg, tall folks. Makes it difficult to fit legs under steering wheel and had to recline further to fit under headliner. Works as advertised, does give a nice seat angle.
I truly love the seat jackers, made a big difference in how I drive my truck. Now I need to buy some for the passenger side for my wife.

Very good fit for both the seat jackers and the front Mount panel. I’m 6 foot 1 inch tall. The seat jackers give me a little more leg room with a tilt that is more comfortable. I’ve mounted the Desert Does It magnets to hold a first aid kit in front with the RIGHT ANGLE BRACKET AND CLOCKABLE EXTENSION for a signal booster. The seat jackers give the clearance and the brackets (front Mount panel and right angle bracket and clockable extension) hold the signal booster and first aid kit out of the way but close enough for convenience.
