As a taller driver the added lift to the front of the seat greatly improved the comfort and driving position for me.

I’m 6’5” and I’ve tried a bunch of different leg support products over the years as well as some homemade ones cut out of foam and nothing changed the way the car feels to sit in as much as these spacers. There was a moment of clarity as I was sitting in the seat after installing them, realizing for the first time what it feels like to have the weight of your thighs supported by the seat, and not having to tense your muscles the entire time to hold up your legs.

Powder coating got into one of the threads, made it very difficult to install once bolted down. Would check them both before installing. Product does make it more comfortable for taller people needing more lower thigh and knee support.

I was searching up car seat cushion for back pain when I came across Desert Does it. I’m 6,1 and ave Subaru Crosstrek, and the seats are low to the floor and puts a lot of strain on my legs and back with these seat lifters from desert does it the pain almost went away instantly!!

This is a significant upgrade to our seats. Very comfortable on trips now. I will be upgrading my 2nd gen Tacoma, and Jeep shortly. The seat jackers were easy to install, and make a very big difference in your ride comfort. If you’re thinking about it don’t hesitate!

Does exactly what its intended to do. Lifts the front of the seat to make for more pleasurable driving experience.

We've had our OB for five years, and until recently it was my wife's daily driver. It's now mine. I'm 6'1". and wear 34" inseam pants. I've never been able to get my knees high enough in the OB to be comfortable -- especially on long drives. Since installing the Seat Jackers it feels like a different vehicle. I'm able to move the power seat high, and still have enough pitch to the front edge...almost like sitting in a mini van. These are transformational.

Bought my 2014 Crosstrek brand new and my biggest complaint was the seats. My '97 Civic was more comfortable. Put these seat jackers on about a week ago and wish I knew about them sooner. Install was easy enough and now I'm looking forward to another 150k miles.

After a 900 mile drive from Florida to Virginia in a Subaru Forester my back was killing me. Out of desperation and dreading the drive back I ordered the Seat Jackers. A local auto parts store let me borrow tools to put them on in the parking lot. The ride home felt like I was in a different vehicle. Much improved comfort and no back pain. Highly recommend.

First off, I had an excellent experience with customer service helping me when the USPS got my package lost. Deric was able to get it moving again.
The install took a little time. My wife had to help towards the end but it went pretty smoothly all in all.
The difference is very noticeable. Wow. Worth the money. I'm 6' tall and when we travel my seat gets uncomfortable after a couple hours. I can tell the seat is now really holding my legs/thigh section up. Way better improvement for me. I'd recommend!

These things are incredible and I can't wait to get in my car and do a long drive because they do such a number on the ride of your vehicle. Changes everything.. I still have all the mobility of my original power seat adjustment but the bottom portion being slanted back gives so much more support. You don't even know until you experience it.

Very well made and easy to install. Took longer to peel the included sticker and put on car😏. Bolt alignment was perfect and made a huge difference for comfort. Nice to support companies here at home.

The angle of the seat changed the feel of my seat in my 2020 Subaru Impreza considerable. I no longer feel like I’m in a go-kart commuting to work. My weight seems to be much more comfortably distributed. Not much to the installation. It only took me about 30 minutes, and all risers and bolts all seem to be high quality. Shipping was fast, and a tracking number was sent. Overall, very happy.

My mother is 81 and is 8 inches shorter than in her younger years. She couldn't see over the hood of her 2017 Subaru Outback so I did some research on devices to lift her front seat. I spent about 30 hours fabricating round solid steel spacers and another 10 hours trying to install them. No matter what I did, I couldn't get the bolts through the spacers to line up with the threaded holes in the unibody. I broke down and contacted Desert Does It. Deric and I talked a couple times and after a few e-mails, he set me up with CNC machined spacers his company makes. I put them in on the front mounts of the driver's seat. Took me a couple hours. Mom loved the raised seat height. but needed a bit more so I contacted Deric again. He set me up with spacers for the rear mounts of the front seat. Took me about four hours because I had to take out the bolts for the front mounts and start from scratch. Lining up all four seat mounting bolts was a challenge because the unibody mounting points are at an angle, not vertical or horizontal. I finally did it by putting steel rods through the holes, then into the threaded holes in the unibody. I took one rod out at a time and replaced it with a bolt. Desert Does It supplies new longer bolts which are necessary because they must go through their spacers, then into the unibody. I did it to my satisfaction, after having my mother test fit herself in the new driving position which was satisfactory. Once we were both satisfied, I replaced the rods with the bolts. Loctite blue is included with the kit. Make sure everything lines up before applying Loctite.

I used the jackers to raise passenger seat up 1in by using 1 jacker flat on rear center mount. Worked perfect, 3 on angle and 1 flat.

I am 6’2” and struggled with comfort and support for my legs. I was always bunched up never being able to extend my legs. At first I was hesitant about these being able to provide much relief to the situation, then I sat down. Game changer! I can now say I am comfortable driving. No more bent up legs and knees pressing against the door just to fit in. Don’t hesitate, buy these. You won’t regret that decision

Works great. I'm 6'2" and my 2018 Forester always felt a little low in the seat, even with seat as high as it would go. Now it's just perfect.

On long trips I always felt fatigue in my legs due to lack of thigh support, I'm 6'1", these have helped. Going on first long trip next week, it's been great so far on local commuting, now he real test but I'm sure they'll help and looking forward to it.

I installed the product on a Subaru Crosstrek. When installing the alignment pin on front of the seat rails has no place to seat into, it just floats. With the front alignment pit floating, the seat jackers slightly rotate clockwise when bolting the rail down to torque specifications. I was able to finesse the jacker to the correct location but concerns me that it can cause the seat motor may bind a little, if it rotates in time. That all being said I have really bad back and the new angle of the seat makes a world of difference to my back. I now have this seat jackers on my Toyota Tacoma and my Crosstrek and they allow the seats to fit me much more comfortably.
