Seat risers or Seat Jackers are accessories that lift and add height to vehicle seats to provide greater comfort and support. They slide under the legs of a seat to raise it higher off the floor.
Benefits include enhanced posture, reduced lower back pain, improved leg circulation, easier entry/exit of the vehicle, and better line of sight while driving.
Most seat risers add .3 to 1.25 inches of extra height.
Seat Jackers are available for most mainstream truck and car makes and models. Desert Does It offers seat risers specifically designed to fit popular vehicles like the Toyota Tacoma, Jeep Wrangler, Ford F-150, Subaru and more.
Seat Jackers bolt in between the factory seat mounts and the vehicle floor. No drilling or modifications required. Simple hand tools and easy instructions included. Most installations take 10 minutes or less.
When properly installed, our Seat Jackers are completely safe. Seat Jackers have been engineered to meet or exceed the factory bolted connection and include factory grade hardware. Our Seat Jackers have been tested by an indepentant third party lab and have passed applicable test as requried by DOT/NHSTA FMVSS 207 Standards.
Some of our Seat Jackers allow the mounting of a Multi-Mount Panel (MMP) to the front of the block, if this is the case, there will be threaded holes to accommodate the molle panel. Not all Seat Jackers have this option.
Just installed the adjustable. Ended up using the .75 and the .25 for a perfect fit. Took me 30 minutes after reading the instructions a couple of time.
Already a more comfortable seating position. Will be on a long drive tomorrow and know this will make it even more enjoyable than my JLU already is. Very happy with the product.
Installed the Adjustable Front Seat Jackers in my 2021 Jeep Gladiator… and WOW! Huge difference in comfort level for me and I’m 6’3”. This kit gave the front seat support under my legs and made the vehicle SO COMFORTABLE! then to my surprise my Wife 5’8” tried it and said the same thing! This was the quickest & simplest MOD you can make to a Jeep Gladiator that you will notice and enjoy every single day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Installed the Shorty I have used it for a couple weeks now I love them. I think they’re great I would recommend them to anybody that wants to relieve the pressure on their butts
I installed the 3/4 lift on my 2023 Jeep Gladiator. The relief was felt immediately after installation. I feel like I'm in my recliner watching the view from my windshield. Recommend to anyone... installing was a simple process! Enjoy
The install was easy, directions are clear, and it came with everything you need including blue loctite. The immediate noticable difference after install was more than I was expecting. I will likely end up buying another set for the passenger side.
I was a little bit skeptical about the information given regarding how the change in seat position, the lower back alignment, and overall health benefits were going to be achieved by a couple of little blocks but, I WAS TOTALLY WRONG!
For the first time since I’ve owned a Jeep, I could feel my lower back secured against the back of the seat. The seat comfortable and the seat-back wrapped around me.

Installed on Friday night and Saturday drove 2 hours to get to a Jeep event in Gettysburg, Pa. 2 hours straight and felt amazing. Previous times of making a drive like this would leave me so still and sore from the seat not supporting me the right way. This was probably the best money I could have spent on my jeep. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about it.
The seat jackers are just what the doctor ordered. They give great relief, especially on long drives. And even provides more space for the back seat passenger behind the driver b/c I have to move the seat forward just a bit.
I’m 5”10 my Gladiator seats are not electric and sat flat which caused my lower back to tighten!

Very easy to install in my 2018 JLU. Although after unbolting the front seat legs it revealed to me the place my Jeep hides all the things it steals from me. In the carpet gap under the seat rails I found 4 years worth of change and lost french fries. The Shorty Jackers significantly changed the seat dynamic and eased the pressure on my hips and lower back. Total install time was maybe 30 minutes.

Easy to install. One thing it to watch for the transmission side wen torquing as it can twist making the alignment more difficult
Otherwise love the additional height with my power seats.
Installed the shorty seat jackers before my 1,500 mile round trip to the black hills. Night and day seat comfort on my JL Wrangler. Was concerned with price but quality is very nice and fit perfectly. I would recommend on the wrangler for sure. 👍

As an owner of both JK's and JL's, it still amazes me that Jeep can't figure out how to make Wrangler seats more comfortable. I put these in my Rubicon 392 and the seats are so much more comfortable now that the sitting position was changed.

I’m 6’2” with a 32” inseam and my Jeep gladiator was uncomfortable to drive for drives longer than an hour. My right knee would hurt bad. So I placed my order for the 1.25” ones first. Way too much angle so I sent them back. Return was a breeze and I received the 3/4” ones exactly a week later. Install was about ten minutes with an impact driver. When I sat down for the first time I could tell it was right. My knees now are touching the bottom of the front of the seat. So the next day I drove the jeep for over 4 hrs with no issues. Felt good. Next day I did over three hours with the same result. Now I will keep my Jeep. Thank you! I will be buying a set for the passenger seat in the near future. Well worth the money.

Based on information from customers If your inseam length is 34" or less I would go with the Shortys. If it's 36" or more I would recommend our Fixed Seat Jackers.
