Seat Jackers bolt in between the factory seat mounts and the vehicle floor. No drilling or modifications required. Simple hand tools and easy instructions included. Most installations take 10 minutes or less.

Are seat risers safe?

When properly installed, our Seat Jackers are completely safe. Seat Jackers have been engineered to meet or exceed the factory bolted connection and include factory grade hardware. Our Seat Jackers have been tested by an indepentant third party lab and have passed applicable test as requried by DOT/NHSTA FMVSS 207 Standards.

What are the holes in the front of the Front Seat Jacker?

Some of our Seat Jackers allow the mounting of a Multi-Mount Panel (MMP) to the front of the block, if this is the case, there will be threaded holes to accommodate the molle panel. Not all Seat Jackers have this option.

Rear Seat Jackers on a Gen 1 Tacoma

I wasn’t a fan of the downward angle of the Tacoma seat guide rails. These leveled the seat out nicely, improving the comfort and experience of driving a Gen 1 Tacoma. Thanks for a killer product. Installation took minutes (I installed the jackers on both drivers and passenger side front seats).

The rear jackers really improved the front jackets for the best comfort seating.

Rest jackets really perform and do the job for the best experience. I love the new seating position for my 2003 tacoma. I wish I would have installed them a long time ago. I just by chance saw therm on youtube.

These help a lot with a badly angled seat. I’d like to use the option with the most height but it puts my head to close to the ceiling. The shorter lift makes it possible for me to drive my truck at least! Highly recommend.

Big improvement for back pain

After googling "tacoma back pain" and following several threads, i found the seat jackers and they seemed like what i needed. While installing them, i realized that the seat i was modifying was not original, and in fact a previous owner had drilled 2 new holes (about 2 inches in front of original) and bolted through. I could not use the fine thread bolts that came with the jackers, but found some the right size and added washers and lock washers on the underside. After a couple of short trips and one almost hour long drive, i am now a lot more comfortable. thanks.

Eased lower back pains

I’m 5’9”, and never had visibility issues on my 1st gen Tacoma, but the seat angle always felt too sunken for a truck, and was giving me lower back pain on longer drives. I used these to raise the rear 0.75”, and it makes a huge difference. It brought the angle of the seat bottom upward 4 degrees. No complaints!

The 1.25” option would put my head too close to the headliner for my preference, but would be great for a shorter driver.

Fit-- Good, Kinda $$$$$$

Hello Bradford,

Thank you for your purchase and review. When designing the 1st Gen Tacoma products we tried to keep function and price in mind. We are a new company but we have a soft spot for the best gen Tacoma's (both owners have had at least one in our past). There's not a huge market for the older Tacoma's but we knew we had to support them. Because of the small market, we don't manufacture very many of them....unfortunately lower production means slightly higher cost.

We also use high quality US 7075 aluminum on the the inside block and the powder coat is 2nd to none.

I hope that helps explain why these cost what they do.

If they did not meet your expectations and get you comfortable, we do offer a 30 day return policy on uninstalled and installed products.
