This addition changed my life. As a 53 year old who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis, mainly in the feet, and also has two herniated disc's in my back, this small addition changing the angle of my seats has made all the difference. It keeps my feet from becoming fatigued as quickly on long trips, and the improved angle of the seat back keeps my back from cramping up. I cannot recommend this product enough.

this is a huge game changer as it relates to comfort. It’s amazing that just an inch makes all the difference. They’re a well-made product and you can’t even tell they’re there visually. I considered buying these for a couple years but always held for so reason. On a whim I finally placed an order. The Seat Jackers arrived later that week and I installed them that weekend.
Such a huge difference. Without them I always felt like I needed use my legs to prevent myself from sliding forward in the seat. After adding the Seat Jackers the seat fills like it’s supporting me. I can just sit and relax my legs and back. Why Ram didn’t design their seats like this in the first place is a mystery. The little rise the Seat Jackers provide make all the difference in the comfort of the drive. Highly recommended!
For reference, I’m 6’3” and 550 pounds. I hope this info helps out some other big guys who aren’t comfortable in their trucks.
