FCA Seat Jackers - RAM 1500 (2002-2018), RAM 2500/3500 (2002–2024) AND RAM 1500 Classic (2019-2024) — Install Guide

Important Notes

• To help prevent cross-threading, always start bolts by hand and verify they thread smoothly into the corresponding hole.
• Use Blue Loctite on all hardware.
• If you are installing the MMP and Seat Jackers together, please call 702-381-1804 before installation.

Step 1 — Remove Factory Seat Bolts

1. Remove the plastic trim from the seat base bolts.
2. Remove both front factory seat base bolts.
3. Loosen the two rear seat bolts, but do not remove them.

Step 2 — Lift the Front of the Seat

1. Lift the front of the seat by pushing back on the headrest.
2. Alternatively, have a helper sit in the back seat and gently pull the headrest toward them.

Step 3 — Install Seat Jackers

1. With the front of the seat lifted off the mounting points, use the supplied black flathead cap screws to attach the Seat Jackers to the vehicle floor.
2. Make sure the DDI engraving faces forward.
3. Torque the black flathead cap screws to 25 ft-lbs.
4. Install the two 4mm Allen-head set screws into the threaded holes on each side of the Seat Jacker.
5. Tighten the set screws until they press into the carpet. Do not overtighten.
6. The set screws should sit just below flush with the Seat Jacker block.

Step 4 — Install Seat onto Seat Jackers

1. Carefully lower the seat onto the Seat Jackers.

Choose Your Lift Height

• 0.75" Lift: Use the lower mounting holes on the Seat Jackers.
• 1.25" Lift: Use the upper mounting holes on the Seat Jackers.

2. Use the provided zinc flange bolts and zinc washers to fasten the seat to the Seat Jackers. Finger-tighten only at this time.

IMPORTANT — ALIGNMENT TIP:
If the seat rail holes do not line up:

• Lift the seat rail approximately ¼ inch.
• Start the bolt a couple of threads by hand.
• If needed, adjust the seat rails independently until the holes line up.
• Never force or cross-thread the bolts.

MMP INSTALLATION:
If installing the Seat Jackers and MMP together, use the bolts provided with the MMP to attach the MMP brackets through the seat leg and into the Seat Jacker.

Step 5 — Torque All Bolts

1. Torque the two zinc flange bolts to 25ft-lbs.
2. Torque the rear seat bolts to 75ft-lbs.
3. Reinstall any removed plastic trim.

Step 6 — Get Comfortable

You're done! Sit down, get comfortable, and enjoy your new seating position.

Final Check

• Verify all bolts are properly torqued.
• Confirm the Seat Jackers are securely mounted to the vehicle floor.
• Make sure the set screws are just below flush and not overtightened.
• Check bolt torque at regular intervals.
