If you are struggling to find that comfortable seating position during your commute or road trip, you might be suffering from a lack of leg support. The patented front Seat Jackers will lift the front of your driver or passenger seat to provide that much-needed leg support without significantly impacting headroom. In many cases this has alleviated lower back stress felt during longer drives.
These will help you find that reclined seating position that just isn't available in a stock Honda.
FITMENT
I found these expensive for what you get. (Cost me $160 to get to Canada). They we re difficult to install because of the closeness of the bolts, seat bracket and the plastic shroud near the seat mount. I thought I had stripped a bolt at one point. When tightening the lower bolt into the original seat mount the jacker would twist so you had to tighten the top first which makes it more difficult. Even when tightened I question the structural support in an accident as I think these brackets would twist. I’m almost certain these would not pass safety standards and crash testing.
When installed I did find that the front of the seat was elevated too high and of course you could not lower it with these brackets. I drove for 2 weeks and took them out, thankfully nothing was stripped and I got everything back into place.
This entire exercise was futile and would not recommend these.
The risers give ne more of a big truck ride with the seat further back.
Don’t like it if the whole seat went up it would be fine but this setup makes you feel like you’re going to fall over
These are great IF you follow the instructions exactly. I had to loosen my rear seat bolts just a little to allow install. Fast - only 15 - 20 minutes. However these are better suited for someone taller than me as I’m 5’9” and actually the seat was a bit too tall. That said I strongly recommend these for Honda Ridgeline for tall folks.
I got this because my wife wasn’t happy with the passenger seat. It came fast looks good installed easy.. I’m probably buying a second one for my seat
