Honda / Front Seat Jackers (2016-2022 Pilot / 2017-2026 Ridgeline / Passport 2019-2025) — Install Guide

Important Notes

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify the bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them into the corresponding holes by hand. Do not force the bolts.

• Remove plastic trim pieces if applicable.
• The factory M10 fine-thread bolts removed in Step 1 will be reused in Step 3 in the same location.
• Use Blue Loctite where specified.

Step 1 — Remove Factory Bolts

1. Remove both front factory seat base bolts using a 12mm or 14mm socket.
2. Loosen the two rear seat bolts, but do not remove them.

Step 2 — Lift the Front of the Seat

1. Lift the front of the front seat by pushing back on the headrest.
2. Alternatively, have a helper sit in the back seat and gently pull the headrest toward them.

Step 3 — Install the Seat Jackers

1. Place the Seat Jackers under the front seat mounts.
2. Apply Blue Loctite to the factory M10 fine-thread bolts.
3. Use the factory M10 fine-thread bolts to fasten the Seat Jackers to the vehicle floor.
4. Torque these bolts to 35ft-lbs.

IMPORTANT — THE FACTORY BOLTS ARE USED TO FASTEN THE SEAT JACKERS TO THE FLOOR.

Step 4 — Fasten the Seat to the Seat Jackers

1. Apply Blue Loctite to the provided M10-1.25 x 20mm bright flange bolts.
2. Use the provided bolts to fasten the seat to the Seat Jackers.
3. Finger-tighten the bolts only.

IMPORTANT — IF THE SEAT RAIL DOES NOT LINE UP:
Lift the seat rail approximately 0.25 inches and thread the bolt in a couple of turns. If needed, adjust the seat rails independently to get them lined up.

Step 5 — Torque All Bolts

1. Torque all bolts to 35ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Verify all four seat bolts are properly installed and torqued.
• Confirm the factory M10 fine-thread bolts are securing the Seat Jackers to the vehicle floor.
• Confirm the provided M10-1.25 x 20mm bolts are securing the seat to the Seat Jackers.
• Confirm all seat rails are properly aligned.
