Helps my back pain!
I was injured 10+ year ago and have had back pain since. As we all know 4Runners aren’t massage chairs… but I can confidently say that desert does it seat jackers definitely helps! Road trips around the BC mountains here in Canada as well as to and from work is much more bearable. Well done you guys! Ps. Easy install - quality kit. The seat jackers have been installed for a week and hold the promise of adding significantly to driving comfort.
I tried the driver's side & found it helped tremendously. So incase I'm not driving & become the passenger, I would want this same comfort 100%. Great product & easy to install.
I'm 6'4" and a little on the big side and was about to cancel a several hour drive to a national park with a large group of friends until I found the Seat Slammers kit. The installation is not for the faint of heart. You must commit to cutting the rear legs off the seat. But dropping it 2.5" is amazing! I no longer hit my head on the sound bar/roll bar and it's just plain comfortable now! It's worth the cost.
This is my second time buying Desert Does It seat jackers for my vehicles. I bought one set for my Subaru Crosstrek and one set for my Lexus LX 470. They are very easy to install and fit perfectly. The added support in the raised front of the seat helps relieve some low back pressure and I highly recommend for tall drivers!
Didn't think they would do much but the seats are actually more comfortable. It's an affordable, easy to install upgrade. Other than finding my torque wrench, took about 30 minutes to do both sides.
