BOLT ON MMP MAGNETS (2 PACK)

The MMT is a solid piece of engineering. The hardware that it comes with is monstrous compared to OEM. I definitely have piece of mind that my seat is secure. The product itself is amazing. I’m able to mount a belt cutter/window breaker, tourniquet, multi tool and a handheld GMRS radio with a little room for something else. I recommend to anyone DDI makes a mount for.

The **** nut in the back of the magnet sticks out about a 1/16 of an inche. This results in only two spots that you can put it in the below seat Molle panel without modifying the pamel. I would need to drill out the opening, ruining the powder coat for the magnet to lay flat. I wanted to use it for a knife and a fire extinguisher but I have decided what to do yet.

I added these to my MMP order thinking it might be handy. The magnets are not very strong, so I don't know what I would attach to them that could actually stay put.

I really wanted to like these but they were extremely weak and hardly hold a pocket knife.

I wouldn’t use magnetic mounts for anything that you wouldn’t want it to attract iron particles into it. A gun for example.
