The TJ/LJ Front Seat Jackers will lift the front of your Jeep front seats. The DDI kit will lift the front of your Driver seat 1" inch. These will help you find that reclined seating position that just isn't available in a stock Jeep.

Each Seat Jacker is CNC milled from billet aluminum with a 3 degree slope to ensure your Jeep seat remains planted and provides the perfect mounting surface. 

    Any modifications to your vehicle are done at your own risk.

     

    If you have an '03-'04 please send us some photos of how your seat bolts down or look at installation photos as these may not work. Some seats we're the same as the '97-'02.

    Seat risers or Seat Jackers are accessories that lift and add height to vehicle seats to provide greater comfort and support. They slide under the legs of a seat to raise it higher off the floor.

    What are the benefits of seat risers or Seat Jackers?

    Benefits include enhanced posture, reduced lower back pain, improved leg circulation, easier entry/exit of the vehicle, and better line of sight while driving.

    How much height do seat risers or Seat Jackers add?

    Most seat risers add .3 to 1.25 inches of extra height.

    What vehicles are compatible with seat risers or Seat Jackers?

    Seat Jackers are available for most mainstream truck and car makes and models. Desert Does It offers seat risers specifically designed to fit popular vehicles like the Toyota Tacoma, Jeep Wrangler, Ford F-150, Subaru and more.

    How do you install seat risers or Seat Jackers?

    Seat Jackers bolt in between the factory seat mounts and the vehicle floor. No drilling or modifications required. Simple hand tools and easy instructions included. Most installations take 10 minutes or less.

    Are seat risers safe?

    When properly installed, our Seat Jackers are completely safe. Seat Jackers have been engineered to meet or exceed the factory bolted connection and include factory grade hardware. Our Seat Jackers have been tested by an indepentant third party lab and have passed applicable test as requried by DOT/NHSTA FMVSS 207 Standards.

    What are the holes in the front of the Front Seat Jacker?

    Some of our Seat Jackers allow the mounting of a Multi-Mount Panel (MMP) to the front of the block, if this is the case, there will be threaded holes to accommodate the molle panel. Not all Seat Jackers have this option.

    Gets the job done but challenging to install

    Had to loosen all 4 bolts all the way off basically to get a decent line up and then tighten them down. Took a lot longer than anticipated and it was a challenge! But they get the job done! I just wish it was an easier install for what they are.

    2004 jeep seat lift

    The lift did make driving more ergonomically comfortable for me as a 6'2" man. Install was easy but did not fit properly. I had to grind seat rail base holes to be closer together from front to back. Not a lot but no other way.
    Bottom line for the product is satisfied but not perfect.

    Very comfortable

    I recently installed this in my 2004 jeep wrangler, I am 6”3 and love the new seat position, it sits you back in the seat and seems to give a little more leg room. I will say it’s a little tricky to line everything up. The directions said to lift up the seat frame and start threading the bolt in, this worked but I feel like I most likely jacked the threads up on the spacer…. But it is secure and I don’t plan on removing it so all is good. The directions said you could adjust the seat frame, but the only real option I saw was possibly drill out the front-seat frame to provide a little more space. Again I didn’t do this and got it installed….

    Great Function, Great Customer Service!

    Initially ordered the ones for earlier TJ model years as they were listed to fit 97-06, discovered they didn’t fit a 2005 TJ. Deric with customer service reached out and we agreed the seats were different 97-02 and 03-06. I returned the order got a full refund, ordered the correct Seat Jackers for 03-06 TJ. I attempted to install them on the passenger seat to check fitment, not a direct bolt-in, it will require some modification to the passenger seat frame. Installed them on the driver seat and they work like a charm! You will have to unbolt and move the seat back to fully tighten the bolts attaching it to the floor, then install the seat. I’ve had them for a week and what a difference! I’m 6’3” so they allow the seat to support the weight of my legs whereas my feet would be sore after driving for 45 minutes. I highly recommend this product I am very pleased with them! Thanks again Deric for your help!

    Why won't these fixed 1" work with a tj? I have an 2006 tj with big guy brackets and thinking about adding theses. Just curious

    Why is it driver side only? Is passenger side different? Do you offer seat jackers for passenger side?

    We weren't able to verify on the passenger side. If it bolts down the same as the driver then you should be good to go. If you run into any issues just let us know and we'll get you taken care of.

    What is different between seat attachments on a ‘99 TJ (mine) and the 2004-2006 LJ?

    We originally prototyped off a LJ because that's what we had access to thinking they would be the same as the TJ. Unfortunately they attach slightly different, but we will have a solution for the TJ very soon.
