Installation Instructions

Important Notes

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify each bolt and threaded hole by threading the applicable bolt in by hand. Do not force any bolt.
Seat Jackers are sloped. The larger side must face forward.
If installing both front and rear Seat Jackers, make sure the larger side of every Seat Jacker faces forward.
The same steps apply to the rear installation, with the process reversed.

Step One — Remove Factory Bolts

Remove any plastic trim at the feet of the seat.

Remove both rear factory seat base bolts using a 14mm socket. Loosen the two front seat bolts, but do not remove them.
Step Two — Lift the Rear of the Seat

From the back seat, lift the rear of the front seat by pushing forward on the headrest or have a helper pull upward from the front.
Step Three — Install the Seat Jacker Spacers

Place the desired number of spacers under the rear of the seat, between the seat rails and the floor.
Step Four — Install the Correct Bolt

If using only a 0.25", 0.5", or 0.75" shim, use the shorter 40mm bolt.

For any shim combination over 1", use the 60mm bolt.

IMPORTANT — SEAT RAIL ALIGNMENT
If the seat rail hole does not line up, lift the seat rail approximately 1/4 inch and thread the bolt in a couple of turns. If needed, adjust the seat rails one at a time to get them properly aligned.

Do not force or cross-thread the bolt.
Step Five — Torque Bolts

Torque the front and rear seat bolts to 27ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Confirm all bolts are properly torqued.
• Confirm the Seat Jackers are seated correctly and the larger side is facing forward.
• Confirm the seat is securely attached and all hardware is tight.
