Toyota Multi Mount Panel (2000-2006 Tundra / 2001-2007 Sequoia) — Install Guide

Important Notes

Prior to beginning this or any installation, read these instructions to familiarize yourself with the required steps and evaluate whether you are experienced and capable of personally performing these modifications.

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them into the corresponding holes by hand. Do not force the bolts.

Step 1 — Remove Trim

1. When applicable, remove any trim pieces at the seat base.

Step 2 — Remove Factory Bolts

1. Remove both front factory seat base bolts using a 14mm wrench/socket.

Installing MMP Without Seat Jackers

Step 3 — Install MMP

1. Apply Blue Loctite to the two new fine-thread bolts.
2. Insert the bolts through the MMP, through each MMP spacer, through the seat rails, and thread them into the floor.
3. Hand-tighten only at this time.

Installing MMP With Seat Jackers

Step 3 — Install MMP

1. Apply Blue Loctite to the two new coarse-thread bolts.
2. Insert the bolts through each MMP, through the MMP spacer, through the seat rails, and thread them into the Seat Jackers.

Step 4 — Align and Torque

1. Align the panel.
2. Torque the flange bolts to 27ft-lbs.
3. Torque the two stainless steel bolts to 15ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Verify all applicable bolts are properly installed and torqued.
• Confirm the MMP is properly aligned and secure.
• Confirm all bolts were started by hand before tightening.
