Toyota Front Seat Jackers (2007-2021 TUNDRA & 2008-2022 SEQUOIA) — Install Guide

Important Notes

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify the bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them into the corresponding holes by hand. Do not force the bolts.

If you are installing our optional MMP, it will bolt directly to the front of the Seat Jackers.

Step 1 — Remove Front Factory Bolts

1. Remove both front factory seat base bolts using a 14mm socket.

Step 2 — Loosen Rear Seat Bolts

1. Loosen the two rear seat bolts, but do not remove them.

Step 3 — Lift the Front of the Seat

1. Lift the front of the front seat by pushing back on the headrest.
2. Alternatively, have a helper sit in the back seat and gently pull the headrest toward them.

Step 4 — Position the Seat Jackers

1. Place the Seat Jackers under the front seat mounts.
2. Make sure the roll pin is properly seated in the corresponding hole in the floor.
3. If the Seat Jacker roll pin does not fit, confirm the plastic sheath from the factory pin is not lodged in the floor hole.

Step 5 — Fasten the Seat Jackers to the Floor

1. Apply Blue Loctite to the provided M10 Socket Head fine-thread bolts.
2. Use the bolts to fasten the Seat Jackers to the vehicle floor.
3. Torque these bolts to 27ft-lbs.

Step 6 — Fasten the Seat to the Seat Jackers

1. Apply Blue Loctite to the provided M10 hex head coarse-thread bolts.
2. Use the bolts to fasten the seat to the Seat Jackers.
3. Finger-tighten the bolts only to start.

IMPORTANT — IF THE SEAT RAIL HOLE DOES NOT LINE UP:
Lift the seat rail approximately 0.25 inches and thread the bolt in a couple of turns. If needed, adjust the seat rails one at a time to get them lined up.

Step 7 — Torque the Seat Bolts

1. Torque the front and rear bolts to 27ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Verify all seat bolts are properly installed and torqued.
• Confirm the Seat Jacker roll pins are properly seated in the floor holes.
• Confirm the seat rails are properly aligned.
• If installing the optional MMP, confirm it is securely bolted to the front of the Seat Jackers.
