Seat Jackers / Panel Mount Installation Instructions

Before You Start

• Tools needed: Socket set, hex/Allen key, trim removal tool or flathead screwdriver

IMPORTANT:
To prevent cross-threading, always start bolts by hand and ensure they thread smoothly before tightening.

Step 1 – Remove Trim (If Applicable)

• Remove any plastic trim pieces at the seat base using a pry tool or screwdriver.

Step 2 – Remove Front Bolts

• Slide the seat all the way back.
• Remove both front factory seat base bolts.

Step 3 – Attach Panel to Brackets

• Using the provided stainless steel hardware, loosely attach the panel to the MMP brackets.
• Do not fully tighten at this stage.

Step 4 – Install Brackets to Floor

• Apply Blue Loctite to the provided black socket head bolts.
• Thread bolts through the MMP brackets, through the seat rail, and into the floor.
• Start bolts by hand and leave them slightly loose for alignment.

Step 5 – Align and Torque

• Align the panel and brackets as needed.
• Torque hardware to spec:
  • Black socket head bolts: 30 ft-lbs
  • Stainless steel panel bolts: 15 ft-lbs

Final Check

• Verify all bolts are torqued to spec
• Recheck torque after a few days of driving
