Seat Jacker Installation Instructions

Important Note

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them into the corresponding holes by hand. Do not force the bolts.

Optional MMP: If installing the optional MMP, it attaches directly to the front of the Seat Jacker with the threaded hole facing forward.

Step 1 — Remove the Factory Bolts

1. Remove any plastic trim at the feet of the seat.
2. Remove both front factory seat base bolts using a T50 Torx.
3. Loosen the two rear seat bolts, but do not remove them.

Step 2 — Lift the Front of the Seat

1. Lift the front of the seat.
2. Alternatively, have someone in the back seat pull upward on the headrest.

Step 3 — Install the Seat Jacker Spacers

1. Place the desired number of spacers underneath the front of the seat, between the seat rails and the floor.

Step 4 — Install the Front Seat Bolts

1. Apply the provided Blue Loctite to the provided 50mm bolt.
2. Add the washer if needed.
3. Attach the front seat legs to the floor using the provided bolts.
4. Hand-thread the bolts first to ensure proper alignment. Do not force the bolts.

IMPORTANT — If the seat rail hole does not line up:
Lift the seat rail approximately 0.25 inches and thread the bolt in a couple of turns. If needed, adjust the seat rails one at a time until the holes line up. Do not force or cross-thread the bolts.

Step 5 — Final Torque

1. Torque the front and rear seat bolts to 30ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Verify all seat bolts are properly installed and torqued to 30ft-lbs.
• Confirm the Seat Jacker spacers are seated securely.
• If installing the optional MMP, confirm it is properly attached to the threaded hole at the front of the Seat Jacker.
• Confirm the seat is properly aligned and secure.
