ROLL BAR TRIPLE MOLLE (2018+ JEEP WRANGLER JLU) — Install Guide

Important Note

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them into the corresponding holes by hand. Do not force the bolts.

Step 1 — Install the Lower Bolt

1. Remove the plastic trim piece using a small plastic pry tool.
2. Locate the two threaded holes on the side of the roll bar.
3. Using Blue Loctite, insert the provided 5mm Flat Head Bolt through the middle countersunk hole in the MMP.
4. Thread the bolt into the lower threaded insert on the roll bar.
5. Finger-tighten the bolt to get it started.

Step 2 — Install the Upper Bolt

1. Take the provided 5mm Cap Head Bolt and thread it into the upper threaded hole on the roll bar.
2. Finger-tighten the bolt to get it started.
3. Using your Allen key, tighten both bolts securely.

Important: This panel will work on either roll bar, but it can only be installed facing upward.

Hardware Note: All machined threaded holes use an M6 x 1 bolt.

Final Check

• Verify both bolts are properly started and threaded.
• Confirm the MMP is positioned facing upward.
• Make sure both bolts are securely tightened.
