RAM Front Multi Mount Panel (2002-2018 1500 / 2002+ 2500/3500 / 2019+ 1500 Classic) — Install Guide

Important Note

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, always verify bolts and threads before installation. Thread each applicable bolt into its corresponding hole by hand to ensure proper fit. Do not force.

Installing a Premium or Utility Panel?

Step One — Remove Seat Trim

• Remove the trim pieces around the seat base.
• If desired, use a step bit or 1" hole saw to drill openings in the plastic trim to allow the MMP brackets to pass through.

Step Two — Remove Factory Bolts

Remove both front factory seat base bolts using a 15mm wrench or socket.

Step Three — Install MMP Brackets

Apply Blue Loctite to the two provided 40mm black flathead bolts.

Thread the bolts through the MMP Brackets and into the seat base. Roughly align the brackets so the threaded portion is positioned at the top and facing upward.

Hand tighten only. Do not fully tighten at this stage.

Step Four — Install the Panel

Using the two provided 16mm stainless steel flathead bolts, attach the Panel to the MMP Brackets.

Hand tighten only and leave the hardware loose enough to allow for final alignment.

Step Five — Align and Torque

Align the Panel and verify that the brackets and panel are positioned correctly.

• Torque the two 40mm black flathead bolts to 25ft-lbs.
• Torque the two 16mm stainless steel flathead bolts to 15ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Verify the MMP Brackets are properly aligned and seated.
• Verify the Panel is straight and properly positioned.
• Confirm all four bolts are torqued to specification.
• Check that the Panel is secure before use.

Premium or Utility Panel Installation Instructions

Step One — Remove Factory Bolts

Remove both front factory seat base bolts.

Step Two — Install the Panel

Apply Blue Loctite to the provided bolts.

Place the provided washer onto each bolt, then insert the bolt through the Panel and spacer and thread it back into the factory mounting location.

Panel Only: Use the provided 50mm bolts.

Panel with Seat Jackers: Use the provided 40mm bolts.

Hand tighten only until the Panel is properly aligned.

Step Three — Torque Bolts

Once the Panel is properly aligned, torque both bolts to25 ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Verify the Panel is properly aligned and seated.
• Confirm both bolts are torqued to 25ft-lbs.
• Check that the Panel is secure before use.
