Nissan Titan/Armada/Frontier MMP Installation 2004 - 2015 Titan 2004 - 2016 Armada — Install Guide

Important Note

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them into the corresponding holes by hand. Do not force the bolts.

Step 1 — Remove Trim

1. When applicable, remove the bolt trim pieces at the seat base using a pry tool or screwdriver.

Step 2 — Remove Factory Bolts

1. Slide the seat all the way back.
2. Remove both front factory seat base bolts using the appropriate tool listed under Tools Needed.

Step 3 — Attach the Panel to the MMP Brackets

1. Using the provided stainless steel hardware, loosely mount the panel to the MMP brackets.

Step 4 — Install the MMP Brackets

1. Apply Blue Loctite to the two new black socket head bolts.
2. Thread the bolts through each MMP bracket, through the seat rail, and into the threaded hole in the floor.
3. Hand-tighten the black socket head bolts only at this time.

Step 5 — Align and Torque

1. Align the panel.
2. Torque the two black socket head bolts to 30 ft-lbs.
3. Torque the two stainless steel bolts to 5 ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Verify all four bolts are properly installed and torqued.
• Confirm the MMP panel is properly aligned and secure.
• Confirm the black socket head bolts were started by hand before tightening.
