Installation Instructions:

General Note: To help prevent cross threading during installation, we recommend verifying bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them in by hand to the corresponding hole.

Step One: When applicable, remove bolt trim pieces at the seat base with a pry tool or screwdriver.

Step Two: Slide the seat all the way back and remove both front factory seat base bolts (See Tools Needed above).

Step Three: With the STAINLESS STEEL hardware, loosely mount the panel to the MMP brackets.

Step Four: With blue Loctite, thread the two new BLACK socket head bolts through each MMP Bracket through the seat rail and into the threaded hole in the floor. The BLACK socket head bolts only need to be hand tightened at this time.

Step Five: Align panel and torque the two socket head bolts to 30 ft-lbs and the two stainless steel bolts to 5 ft-lbs.

2004 jeep seat lift

The lift did make driving more ergonomically comfortable for me as a 6'2" man. Install was easy but did not fit properly. I had to grind seat rail base holes to be closer together from front to back. Not a lot but no other way.
Bottom line for the product is satisfied but not perfect.

It works.

I put off ordering because it isn't cheap. And that's a good thing. It is kind of amazing that two small pieces of metal can improve a Jeep seat as much as these do. You won't regret getting these.
However, I doubt that you can get these on in ten minutes. Maybe twenty, but it's no big deal.

Huge improvement

Super easy to install and makes a big difference, especially on long drives. My back would usually tweak if I had long drives, especially on consecutive days. After installing the seat jackers I have no problem. Installed in a 2015 Tacoma and I’m 6’1” tall for reference.

The quality of manufacture is excellent. Installation/ instructions make installation the project easy. The purpose of the product is to elevate my wife’s seating position. Would be nice if a higher block, for greater elevation, was available.
