Nissan FRONT Seat Jackers (2016+ Titan / 2017+ Armada / 2022+ Frontier) — Install Guide

Important Notes

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify the bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them into the corresponding holes by hand. Do not force the bolts.

Step 1 — Remove Factory Bolts

1. Remove any plastic trim pieces if applicable.
2. Remove both front factory seat base bolts using a 14mm socket.
3. Loosen the two rear seat bolts, but do not remove them.

Step 2 — Lift the Front of the Seat

1. Lift the front of the front seat by pushing back on the headrest.
2. Alternatively, have a helper sit in the back seat and gently pull the headrest toward them.

Step 3 — Install the Seat Jackers

1. Place the Seat Jackers under the front seat mounts.
2. Apply Blue Loctite to the provided M10 Socket Head fine-thread bolts.
3. Use the provided bolts to fasten the Seat Jackers to the vehicle floor.
4. Torque these bolts to 39.1 ft-lbs.

Step 4 — Fasten the Seat to the Seat Jackers

1. Apply Blue Loctite to the provided M10-1.25 x 20mm bolts and washers.
2. Use the provided bolts and washers to fasten the seat to the Seat Jackers.
3. Finger-tighten the bolts only.

IMPORTANT — IF THE SEAT RAIL DOES NOT LINE UP:
Lift the seat rail approximately 0.25 inches and thread the bolt in a couple of turns. If needed, adjust the seat rails independently to get them lined up.

Step 5 — Torque the Seat Bolts

1. Torque the two front bolts and two rear bolts to 27ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Verify all four seat bolts are properly installed and torqued.
• Confirm the Seat Jackers are securely fastened to the vehicle floor.
• Confirm the seat rails are properly aligned.
• Confirm all applicable trim pieces have been reinstalled.
