Nissan FRONT Seat Jackers 2005 - 2021 Nissan Frontier 2005 - 2015 Xterra — Install Guide

Important Note

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them into the corresponding holes by hand. Do not force the bolts.

Step 1 — Remove Factory Bolts

1. Remove any plastic trim pieces, if applicable.
2. Remove both front factory seat base bolts using a 14mm socket.
3. Loosen the two rear seat bolts, but do not remove them.

Step 2 — Lift the Front of the Seat

1. Lift the front of the front seat by pushing back on the headrest.
2. Alternatively, have a helper sit in the back seat and gently pull the headrest toward them.

Step 3 — Install the Seat Jackers

1. Place the Seat Jackers under the front seat mounts.
2. Apply Blue Loctite to the provided M10 Socket Head fine-thread bolts.
3. Use the provided bolts to fasten the Seat Jackers to the floor of the vehicle.
4. Torque these bolts to 35ft-lbs.

Step 4 — Fasten the Seat to the Seat Jackers

1. Apply Blue Loctite to the factory bolts.
2. Use the factory bolts to fasten the seat to the Seat Jackers.
3. Finger-tighten only at this time.

IMPORTANT — If the seat rail does not line up:
Lift the seat rail approximately 0.25 inches and thread the bolt in a couple of turns. If needed, adjust the seat rails independently to get them lined up.

Step 5 — Torque the Seat Bolts

1. Torque the two front bolts and two rear bolts to 35ft-lbs.

Step 6 — Reinstall Trim

1. Reinstall any plastic trim pieces removed in Step 1.

Step 7 — Installation Complete

Installation is complete. Sit back and enjoy.

Final Check

• Verify all four seat bolts are properly installed and torqued.
• Confirm the Seat Jackers are securely fastened to the vehicle floor.
• Confirm the seat rails are properly aligned.
• Reinstall all applicable trim pieces.
