Ford / Jeep Rear Seat Jackers (2009-2014 Ford F150 / 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU) — Install Guide

Important Note

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them into the corresponding holes by hand. Do not force the bolts.

Step 1 — Remove the Factory Bolts

1. If applicable, remove any plastic trim at the feet of the seat.
2. Remove both rear factory seat base bolts using an 18mm socket.
3. Loosen the two front seat bolts, but do not remove them.

Step 2 — Lift the Seat

1. From the back seat, lift the rear of the front seat by pushing forward on the headrest.
2. Alternatively, have a helper pull upward from the front of the seat.

Step 3 — Position the Rear Seat Jackers

1. Place the desired number of spacers under the rear of the seat, between the seat rails and the vehicle floor.
2. If installing either the 0.5" spacer or 0.75" spacer, reuse the factory bolts.
3. If using both spacers, use the provided 70mm flange bolts.

Step 4 — Install the Bolts

1. Thread the two provided bolts through the seat rails, through the Rear Seat Jacker shim(s), and into the vehicle floor.
2. Hand-tighten the bolts using a 16mm socket.

IMPORTANT — If the seat rail holes do not line up:
Lift the seat rail approximately 0.25 inches and thread the bolt in a couple of turns. If needed, adjust the seat rails one at a time until the holes line up. Do not force or cross-thread the bolts.

Step 5 — Final Torque

1. Torque the front and rear seat bolts to 75ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Verify all seat bolts are properly installed and torqued to 75ft-lbs.
• Confirm the Rear Seat Jackers are seated securely between the seat rails and floor.
• Confirm the seat is secure and properly aligned.
