Ford / Jeep Adjustable Seat Jackers (2009-2014 Ford F150 / 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU) — Install Guide

Important Note

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them into the corresponding holes by hand. Do not force the bolts.

Step 1 — Remove the Factory Bolts

1. Remove any plastic trim at the feet of the seat.
2. Remove both front factory seat base bolts.
3. Loosen the two rear seat bolts, but do not remove them.

Step 2 — Lift the Seat

1. Lift the front of the seat by pushing back on the headrest.
2. Alternatively, have a helper pull upward from the back seat.

Step 3 — Select the Seat Jacker Configuration

One Shim — 1/2" Lift

If installing one Seat Jacker shim per leg, use the shim with "Seat Jacker" engraved on it.

Two Shims — 1" Lift

If installing both Seat Jacker shims per leg, the shim with "Seat Jackers" engraved on it goes on top.

Step 4 — Install the Seat Jackers

1. If using one shim per leg, use the factory bolt to secure the seat.
2. If using two shims per leg, use the provided 60mm flange bolt.
3. Hand-thread the bolts first to ensure proper alignment.

IMPORTANT — If the seat rail hole does not line up:
Lift the seat rail approximately 0.25 inches and thread the bolt in a couple of turns. If needed, adjust the seat rails one at a time until the holes line up. Do not force or cross-thread the bolts.

Step 5 — Final Torque

1. Torque the front and rear seat bolts to 75ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Verify all seat bolts are properly installed and torqued to 75ft-lbs.
• Confirm the Seat Jackers are seated securely.
• Confirm the seat is properly aligned and secure.
