Installation Instructions

Before You Start

Tools Needed: T50 Torx bit, 14mm socket, 8mm Allen Key/Socket, ratchet, and torque wrench.

A helper is recommended for lifting the seat.

IMPORTANT: To prevent cross-threading, always start bolts by hand and confirm they thread smoothly before tightening.

  • Step 1 — Remove Front Bolts

    1. Remove the front factory seat bolts using a T50 Torx.
    2. Loosen the rear seat bolts. Do not remove them unless needed to allow additional seat movement.
  • Step 2 — Lift the Seat

Lift the front of the seat by either:

    • Pushing back on the headrest, or
    • Having a helper gently pull the headrest from the rear seat area.
  • Step 3 — Install Seat Jackers (Base)

    1. Position each Seat Jacker on the vehicle floor under the seat rails with the rounded edge facing forward.
    2. Apply Blue Loctite to the factory fine-thread bolts or provided 30mm fine-thread bolts.
    3. Loosely install the bolts through the Seat Jackers and into the vehicle floor.
    4. If your vehicle uses T50 bolts, you can reuse the factory hardware or use the provided Allen Head bolts.
  • Step 4 — Align Seat Rails

    1. Lower the seat so the rails rest on the Seat Jackers.
    2. Confirm the seat rail holes align with the threaded holes in the Seat Jackers.
    3. Torque the base (floor) bolts to 27 ft-lbs.
  • Step 5 — Attach Seat to Seat Jackers

    1. Apply Blue Loctite to the remaining shorter fine-thread bolts.
    2. Using a 14mm socket, start the bolts by hand through the seat rails and into the Seat Jackers.
    3. Torque the bolts to 27 ft-lbs.

    IMPORTANT — SEAT RAIL ALIGNMENT
If the seat rail holes do not line up:

    1. Lift the seat rail approximately 1/4".
    2. Start the bolt by hand and thread it a few threads.
    3. Adjust the seat rails one at a time until properly aligned.
  • Step 6 — Torque Rear Bolts

Torque the rear seat bolts to 27 ft-lbs.

Final Check

Before operating the vehicle, verify that:

• All bolts are properly torqued to specification.
• The Seat Jackers are properly seated.
• The seat is securely mounted.
• Recheck bolt torque after a few days of driving.

You're done. Enjoy the improved seating position.
