INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Installation Instructions:

General Note: To help prevent cross threading during installation, we recommend verifying bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them in by hand to the corresponding hole.

Step One: Remove the front factory seat base bolts (T50 Torx or 14mm Socket) and loosen the rears (In some cases you may need to remove the rear bolts).

Step Two: Lift the front of the front seat by pushing back on the headrest or by asking a helper to sit in the back seat and gently pull the headrest towards them.

Step Three: With the rounded portion of the Seat Jacker facing forward, place each Seat Jacker block on the floor under the seat rail. With Blue Loctite, loosely thread your factory fine thread bolts or provided 30mm fine thread bolts through each Seat Jacker and into the floor. If your vehicle uses the T50 you can reuse the factory hardware to bolt the Seat Jacker to the floor.

Step Four: With seat rails resting on the Seat Jackers, confirm bolt holes in seat rails line up with the threaded holes in the Seat Jackers. Torque both factory fine thread bolts to 27 ft-lbs.

Step Five: With Blue Loctite, thread the remaining shorter coarse thread bolts (8mm Allen key/socket) with provided washers through the seat rails into the Seat Jackers and re-install the rear factory bolts.. *IMPORTANT – IF THE SEAT RAIL HOLE DOES NOT LINE UP, LIFT UP THE SEAT RAIL .25 INCHES AND THREAD IN THE BOLT A COUPLE OF THREADS. IF NEEDED ADJUST THE SEAT RAILS ONE AT A TIME TO GET THEM LINED UP.

Step Six: Torque all four front bolts and two rear bolts to 27 ft-lbs.

Check bolt torque at regular intervals and don’t forget to post a review.
