2021+ Ford Bronco Spare Tire Mount Bracket (Will not fit Raptor Bronco) — Install Guide

Important Note

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them into the corresponding holes by hand. Do not force the bolts.

Step 1 — Install the Threaded Spacers

1. Using your lug wrench, remove one lug nut at a time.
2. After removing each lug nut, replace it with the provided threaded spacer and tighten it down.
3. Repeat these steps for the second lug nut.

Note: There are three lug nuts that hold the spare tire on. You will be removing the two upper lug nuts. You will not reuse these lug nuts, but do not throw them away. Keep them in a secure location in case you ever decide to remove the panel.

Step 2 — Install the Panel

1. Using the two provided stainless steel bolts, attach the panel to the threaded spacers through the two countersunk holes in the panel.

IMPORTANT — The panel mounts vertically against the tire with the countersunk holes positioned at the bottom.

Final Check

• Verify both stainless steel bolts are properly installed and secure.
• Confirm the panel is mounted vertically with the countersunk holes at the bottom.
• Confirm the threaded spacers are securely tightened.
