Ford Adjustable Seat Jackers (2015+ F150 / 2017+ Super Duty / 2018+ Ford Expedition) — Install Guide

Important Notes

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify the bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them into the corresponding holes by hand. Do not force the bolts.

The Seat Jacker shims are sloped. Make sure the thicker end is facing forward.

Step 1 — Remove Factory Bolts

1. Remove any plastic trim at the feet of the seat.
2. Remove both front factory seat base bolts.
3. Loosen the two rear seat bolts, but do not remove them.

Step 2 — Lift the Front of the Seat

1. Lift the front of the seat by pushing back on the headrest.
2. Alternatively, have a helper pull the headrest from the back seat.

Step 3 — Select and Position the Seat Jacker Shims

1/2" Lift — One Shim

1. If installing one Seat Jacker shim per leg, use the shim with "Seat Jackers" engraved on it.

1" Lift — Two Shims

1. If installing two Seat Jacker shims per leg, place the shim with "Seat Jackers" engraved on it on the bottom.
2. Seat Jackers have a built-in slope, so make sure the thicker side faces forward.

Step 4 — Install the Seat Bolts

1. If using one shim per leg, use the factory bolt to fasten the seat down.
2. If using both shims, use the provided 60mm Cap Head (Allen Head) bolt.

IMPORTANT — IF THE SEAT RAIL HOLE DOES NOT LINE UP:
Lift the seat rail approximately 0.25 inches and thread the bolt in a couple of turns. If needed, adjust the seat rails one at a time to get them lined up.

Step 5 — Torque the Seat Bolts

1. Torque the front and rear bolts to 27ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Confirm the Seat Jackers are installed with the thicker end facing forward.
• Verify the correct shim configuration is being used for the desired lift height.
• Confirm all seat bolts are properly installed and torqued.
• Confirm the seat rails are properly aligned.
• Confirm all applicable trim pieces have been reinstalled.
