Ford Adjustable Seat Jackers (2015+ F150 / 2017+ Super Duty / 2018+ Ford Expedition)
General Note: To help prevent cross threading during installation, we recommend verifying bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them in by hand to the corresponding hole. The shims are sloped so make sure the thicker end is facing forward.
- Step One: Remove any plastic trim at the feet of your seat. Remove both front factory seat base bolts and loosen the two rear seat bolts but do not remove them.
- Step Two: Lift the front seat by pushing back on the headrest or by asking a helper to pull from the back seat
- Step Three:
- One shim: If installing one Seat Jacker shim (1/2"), use the shim with "Seat Jackers" engraved on it.
- Two shims: If installing two Seat Jacker shims (1") the one with "Seat Jackers" engraved will go on bottom (Seat Jackers have slope built into them so the thicker side will face forward)
- Step Four: If using one shim per leg, use the factory bolt to bolt the seat down. If using both shims, use the provided 60mm flange bolt.
- *IMPORTANT – IF THE SEAT RAIL HOLE DOES NOT LINE UP, LIFT UP THE SEAT RAIL .25 INCHES AND THREAD IN THE BOLT A COUPLE OF THREADS. IF NEEDED ADJUST THE SEAT RAILS ONE AT A TIME TO GET THEM TO LINE UP.
- Step Five: Torque front bolts and rear bolts to 27ft-lbs.
