Front Seat Jackers (2023 - 2026 CHEVY COLORADO / GMC CANYON) — Install Guide

Important Notes

• A helper is recommended for this installation, as the seat must be lifted.
• You will reuse the factory rear seat bolts. Apply Blue Loctite to the rear bolts before reinstalling.
• If installing the optional MMP, it attaches directly to the front of the Seat Jackers using the threaded holes.

• Step 1 — Remove Seat Base Trim

  When applicable, remove the trim pieces around the seat base.

  Be careful when removing the front trim, as the plastic tabs are fragile.

• Step 2 — Loosen the Rear Bolts

  1. Slide the seat all the way forward.
  2. Loosen the two rear T50 Torx seat bolts.
  3. Do not remove the rear bolts.

• Step 3 — Remove the Front Bolts

  1. Move to the front of the seat.
  2. Slide the seat all the way back.
  3. Remove the two front seat bolts.

• Step 4 — Install the Seat Jackers

  1. Gently push the seat backward while lifting the front of the seat off the floor. A helper can pull the seat backward from the rear seat area.
  2. Slide the Seat Jackers underneath the front seat legs.
  3. Set the seat back down onto the Seat Jackers.

  SEAT JACKER ORIENTATION

  • Driver Side: The larger block goes toward the transmission tunnel. The smaller block goes toward the door.
  • Passenger Side: Both blocks are the same.
  4. Apply Blue Loctite to the provided front bolts.
  5. Install the provided bolt and washer through the seat leg, through the Seat Jacker, and into the floor.
  6. Start each bolt by hand to prevent cross-threading.
  7. Once the bolts are properly started, torque the front bolts to 30ft-lbs.

  IMPORTANT: Do not force the bolt. If it does not thread smoothly by hand, stop and verify that the seat leg, Seat Jacker, and floor mounting hole are properly aligned.

• Step 5 — Reinstall the Rear Bolts

  1. Slide the seat forward.
  2. Apply Blue Loctite to the factory rear bolts.
  3. Reinstall the rear bolts.
  4. Torque the rear bolts to 30ft-lbs.

• Step 6 — Enjoy Your New Seat Comfort

  Sit back, get comfortable, and enjoy your new seating position!

Final Check

Before operating the vehicle, verify that:

• All four seat mounting bolts are properly torqued to 30ft-lbs.
• The Seat Jackers are properly seated and oriented.
• The seat is securely mounted.
• Blue Loctite has been applied to the required bolts.
