Ford Multi Mount Panel (2015+ F150 / 2017+ Super Duty / 2018+ FORD Expedition) — Install Guide

Important Note

To help prevent cross-threading, verify the bolts and threads by threading each applicable bolt into its corresponding hole by hand. Do not force the bolts.

Step 1 — Remove Seat Trim

1. When applicable, remove the bolt trim pieces at the seat base using a pry tool or screwdriver.

Step 2 — Remove Factory Bolts

1. Slide the seat all the way back.
2. Remove both front factory seat base bolts.

Step 3 — Install the MMP Brackets

Short Arm Configuration

1. Apply Blue Loctite to both factory seat base bolts.
2. Reinstall the factory bolts through the MMP Brackets and into the factory mounting locations.
3. Roughly align the brackets so each bolt head sits in front of the bracket’s vertical leg.
4. Hand-tighten only.

Long Arm Configuration

1. Position the MMP Brackets with the tabs facing outward so each bracket hugs the legs at the seat base.
2. Apply Blue Loctite to the two provided black flathead bolts.
3. Thread the bolts through the MMP Brackets and seat rails into the threaded holes in the floor.
4. Hand-tighten the bolts.

Step 4 — Attach the MMP Panel

1. Using the two provided stainless steel flathead bolts, attach the MMP Panel to the MMP Brackets.
2. Hand-tighten only.

Step 5 — Align and Torque All Bolts

1. Align the MMP Panel and brackets to the desired position.
2. Torque the two mounting bolts according to your configuration:
   • Short Arm: Factory seat base bolts — 35ft-lbs.
   • Long Arm: Provided black flathead bolts — 35ft-lbs.
   • Both configurations: Stainless steel flathead bolts securing the panel to the brackets — 15ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Confirm the brackets are correctly positioned for the selected configuration.
• Confirm all bolts are properly installed and torqued to specification.
• Confirm the MMP Panel is aligned and securely mounted.
