Seat Jackers Installation Instructions

Before You Start

• Tools Needed: 12mm socket, ratchet
• A helper is recommended for lifting the seat.

Important Note

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, always start bolts by hand and ensure they thread smoothly before tightening. Never force a bolt.

1. Step One — Remove Front Bolts

   • Remove any plastic trim at the base of the seat.
   • Remove both front factory seat bolts using a 12mm socket.
   • Loosen the rear seat bolts, but do not remove them.

2. Step Two — Lift the Seat

   • Lift the front of the seat by pushing backward on the headrest.
   • Alternatively, have a helper gently lift or pull the seat backward.

3. Step Three — Install Seat Jacker Spacers

   • Place the desired number of Seat Jacker spacers under the seat.
   • Position the spacers between the seat rails and the floor.

4. Step Four — Bolt the Seat Down

   Apply Blue Loctite to the 50mm bolts and install the supplied washers. Insert the bolts through the seat legs and Seat Jacker spacers into the floor.

   • 0.5" lift: Use one Seat Jacker spacer with the 50mm bolts.
   • 1" lift: Use both Seat Jacker spacers with the 50mm bolts.

   Start all bolts by hand before tightening.

   IMPORTANT — SEAT RAIL ALIGNMENT
   If the seat rail holes do not line up, lift the seat rail approximately 1/4 inch and start the bolt a few threads. If needed, adjust the seat rails one at a time until everything is properly aligned.

5. Step Five — Torque Bolts

   • Torque both front and rear seat bolts to 27 ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Verify all bolts are properly torqued to specification.
• Confirm the seat is securely mounted and properly aligned.
• Recheck bolt torque after a few days of driving.
