Tired of not fitting in your new Jeep and hitting your head on the sound bar? Seat Slammers are the cure. The Seat Slammers will slam the rear of your driver or passenger seat by .5 inch to 2 inches. These will drop the rear only, the front of the seat will remain the same or be lifted by up to .75 inches.
Seat Slammers will stop you from hitting your head on the sound bar, provide a better view of stoplights and a clear view of your instrument cluster.
Seat Slammers are made out of US sourced billet aluminum and will work on your Jeep Wrangler JL, JLU, and Jeep Gladiator. All factory seat adjustments remain 100% functional.
A few things to get out of the way:
OPTION 1 KIT: This kit is user adjustable in .25" increments from .5" to 1.5" of rear drop. In order to drop the rear of the seat by 1.5", it is recommended the front of the seat is lifted by .25". All required parts are included in this kit.
OPTION 2 KIT: This is the ultimate kit and user adjustable in .25" increments from .5" to 2" of rear drop. In order to drop the rear of the seat by 2," it is recommended the front of the seat is lifted by .75". All required parts are included in this kit.
Both kits will require the rear legs of your front seat to be cut. Since the rear seat legs will need to be cut, we recommend both kits be installed by a professional.
Each kit is for one seat only, if you want to slam the driver and passenger seat, you will need two kits. Passenger side will require ground stud to be relocated or "massaged" out of the way.

This product fits:
I wanna start out by shouting out Deric; I asked him many questions, all of which he answered. The kit is super straightforward comes with grade 8 hardware that fits stock mounting points. Most that have used a grinder in the past will be able to preform the seat bracket delete. Pay attention, take your time, and follow the directions because in the end you will find yourself fitting comfortably under the sound bar. I am a big guy ( 36” inseam , 6’7”, and 300lbs) that invested in the big boy seat extenders and the seat slammer kit. What I learned: both products are good as a standalone, but when I use both together the angles put my knees at the steering wheel. I was much more comfortable with just the “desert does it seat slammer” kit. For me Stoplights became more visible and getting in and out of vehicle feels much more natural. I also reclaimed my backseat! Big thanks to desert does it!
6'7" with a long torso. Went from the back of my head hitting the jt sound bar to the occasional brushing of the top of my head. Completely worth the price of the seat slammers.
As a taller guy 6’2 I felt like I was just to propped up in my gladiator, I did some research and came across this kit and decided to give it a shot, delivery was fast and the quality is great, took me about an hour to install and I set it at a 1” drop for now , I would definitely recommend this for added comfort
Well I bought the seat extender from another brand. Well it worked but I would hit my head. So I bought the seat slammers and I got the head height and length. I'm 6ft4 and they are perfect just take your time on install.
It made my Jeep JLU feel like I was sitting in a car. I actually felt short for the first time. I’m not tall but I am big with extra cushion on the backside. Even with the seat all the way down I was sitting too high. I also have degenerative hips and sitting in the seat would cause pain after a while. I spent 6 hours on a bumpy trail and felt fine after installing the seat slammers.
