Toyota Front Seat Jackers (2000-2006 Tundra / 2001-2007 Sequoia / 1990-1997 Land Cruiser / 1996-1997 Lexus LX450) — Install Guide

Important Note

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them into the corresponding holes by hand. Do not force the bolts.

Step 1 — Remove the Factory Bolts

1. Remove both front factory seat base bolts using a 14mm socket.
2. Loosen the two rear seat bolts, but do not remove them.

Step 2 — Lift the Seat

1. Lift the front of the seat by pushing back on the headrest.
2. Alternatively, have a helper sit in the back seat and gently pull the headrest toward them.

Step 3 — Position the Seat Jackers

1. Position the Seat Jackers under each seat rail with the tab facing down and forward.

Step 4 — Secure the Seat Jackers to the Floor

1. Apply Blue Loctite to the factory bolts.
2. Thread the factory bolts through the tab of each Seat Jacker and into the vehicle floor.
3. Torque both bolts to 27ft-lbs.

Step 5 — Secure the Seat to the Seat Jackers

1. Apply Blue Loctite to the provided flange-head bolts.
2. Thread the bolts through the seat rails and into the Seat Jackers.
3. Hand-thread the bolts first to ensure they are properly started.

IMPORTANT — If the seat rail hole does not line up:
Lift the seat rail approximately 0.25 inches and thread the bolt in a couple of turns. If needed, adjust the seat rails one at a time until the holes line up. Do not force or cross-thread the bolts.

Step 6 — Final Torque

1. Torque all four front bolts and two rear bolts to 27ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Verify all six seat bolts are properly installed and torqued.
• Confirm the Seat Jackers are seated securely against the floor.
• Verify the seat rails are properly aligned and the seat is secure.
