Installation Instructions

Important Note

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, verify all bolts and threads before installation by threading the applicable bolt into the corresponding hole by hand. Do not force any bolt that does not thread smoothly.

Step 1 — Remove Seat Base Trim

When applicable, remove the trim pieces around the seat base using a pry tool or screwdriver.
Step 2 — Install the C Brackets
1. Slide the seat all the way back.
2. Take each C Bracket and slide it onto the seat rail.
3. Make sure the large threaded hole faces forward and toward the other C Bracket.
Step 3 — Install the MMP
1. Position the Multi-Mount Panel in front of the C Brackets.
2. Using the provided Button-Head Bolts, loosely attach the panel to the C Brackets.
3. Do not fully tighten the bolts yet.
Step 4 — Install the Set Screws
1. Take the provided set screws and loosely thread them into the sides of each C Bracket.
2. The set screws will line up with the small holes in the seat rails.
3. Start each set screw by hand to ensure it is properly aligned and threaded.
Step 5 — Align the Assembly

Reference the photos below or product page on DesertDoesIt.com for the proper installation position and panel alignment.
Step 6 — Secure the Assembly
1. Press the entire assembly firmly against the seat rails, pushing it as far back as possible.
2. Once the assembly is properly positioned, tighten the set screws.
3. Tighten the Button-Head Bolts securing the MMP.
4. Do not overtighten the set screws or Button-Head Bolts.

Final Check

Before operating the vehicle, verify that:

• The C Brackets are properly seated on the seat rails.
• The set screws are properly aligned and secure.
• The MMP is properly aligned and securely attached.
• All hardware is tightened securely without being overtightened.
