Seat Jackers Installation Instructions

Before You Start

Tools needed: 14mm socket and ratchet
A helper is recommended for lifting the seat.

Important Note

To help prevent cross-threading during installation, always start bolts by hand and ensure they thread smoothly before tightening.

Step One — Remove Front Bolts

Remove both front factory seat bolts using a 14mm socket.
Loosen the rear seat bolts almost completely, but do not remove them.

Step Two — Lift the Seat

Lift the front of the seat by pushing backward on the headrest.
Alternatively, have a helper gently pull the headrest toward them from the rear seat.

Step Three — Install Seat Jackers

Position each Seat Jacker under the seat rails with the threaded hole facing toward the rear.
Loosely install the long fine-thread bolts through the Seat Jackers and into the vehicle floor.
Start all bolts by hand.

Step Four — Align and Torque Base Bolts

Lower the seat so the rails rest on the Seat Jackers.
Confirm the seat rail holes align with the threaded holes in the Seat Jackers.
Torque the long fine-thread bolts to 27ft-lbs.

Step Five — Attach Seat to Seat Jackers

Install the shorter coarse-thread bolts with the provided washers through the seat rails and into the Seat Jackers.
Start all bolts by hand before tightening.

IMPORTANT — Alignment Tip

If the seat rail holes do not line up:

Lift the seat rail approximately 1/4 inch.
Start the bolt a few threads.
Adjust the seat rails one at a time until properly aligned.

Never force or cross-thread the bolts.

Step Six — Final Torque

Torque all front and rear seat bolts to 27ft-lbs.

Final Check

• Verify all bolts are torqued to specification.
• Confirm the Seat Jackers and seat are securely mounted.
• Recheck bolt torque after a few days of driving.
