INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

General Note: To help prevent cross threading during installation, we recommend verifying bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them in by hand to the corresponding hole.

  1. Step One: When applicable, remove bolt trim pieces at the seat base with a pry tool or screwdriver.
  2. Step Two: Slide the seat all the way back and remove both front factory seat base bolts (See Tools Needed above).
  3. Step Three: If desired, use a step bit or 1” hole saw to drill out holes in plastic trim to allow the MMP brackets to go through.
  4. Step Four: With the STAINLESS STEEL hardware, loosely mount the panel to the MMP brackets. The tabs on the brackets should be facing out so the brackets hug the legs at the seat base.
Reference pictures on the product listing for the installed MMP.
  5. Step Five: With blue Loctite, thread the two new BLACK flathead bolts through each new MMP Bracket, through the seat rail and into the threaded hole in the floor. The BLACK flathead bolts only need to be hand tightened at this time.
  6. Step Six: Align panel and torque the two BLACK flathead bolts to 30ft-lbs and the two STAINLESS STEEL flathead bolts to 10ft-lbs.
