Ford Adjustable Front and/or Rear Seat Jackers

Installation Instructions:

General Note: To help prevent cross threading during installation, we recommend verifying bolts and threads by taking the applicable bolts and threading them in by hand to the corresponding hole. Repeat these steps if installing on the front as well.

  • Step One: Remove any plastic trim/covers at the feet of your seat. Remove both rear factory seat base bolts and loosen the two front seat bolts but do not remove them.

  • Step Two: Lift the rear of the seat by pushing forward on the headrest or by asking a helper to pull from the front.

  • Step Three: One shim: If installing one Seat Jacker shim (.5”), use the shim with the through holes on it. Two shims: If installing two Seat Jacker shims (1”) use one of the shims with an outdent and the one with a through hole.

  • Step Four: If using one shim per leg, use the factory bolt to bolt the seat down. If using both shims, use the provided 50mm flange bolt. *IMPORTANT – IF THE SEAT RAIL HOLE DOES NOT LINE UP, LIFT UP THE SEAT RAIL .25 INCHES AND THREAD IN THE BOLT A COUPLE OF THREADS. IF NEEDED ADJUST THE SEAT RAILS ONE AT A TIME TO GET THEM TO LINE UP.

  • Step Five: Torque front bolts and rear bolts to 27 ft-lbs.

Check bolt torque at regular intervals and don’t forget to post a review.
